Kirtan Rupareliya is the Founder & Director of Neomile Capital Advisors Private Limited, Mumbai with 15+ years of experience in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, and international taxation. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate) professional.
He has extensive experience in advising corporates on strategic financial transactions and capital-raising initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has successfully advised and executed several Equity Capital Markets (ECM) mandates, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Qualified Institutions Placements (QIPs), Buybacks, Delistings, and other strategic corporate finance transactions. His expertise lies in delivering practical, value-driven solutions while supporting clients in achieving their long-term strategic and growth objectives.
Tatsat Mehta
(Director)
Tatsat Mehta is the Director of the Company with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, has completed the Executive Program for Young Managers from IIM Calcutta, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from People's Education Society University.
He has significant expertise in business development, sales and marketing, and transaction advisory. Over the course of his career, he has successfully supported and led end-to-end execution of a wide range of strategic transactions, including Equity Capital Markets (ECM) mandates such as IPOs and QIPs, Private Equity investments, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
